Kyokushin Tournament Management System

KYOKUSHIN TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Terms of Use

Version 18 October 2026. You are asked to accept these each time you sign in.

1. Trial access

Access is free and is given for trying out the software and sending feedback. It lasts until the expiry date of your access code. Access may be changed, paused or ended at any time.

2. Your access code is personal

Your code is issued in your name for you and the officials helping you at your own events. Do not share, publish or sell it. Every sign-in is recorded against the name the code was issued to.

3. What is recorded when you use this tool

Each time you sign in, open the tool or sign out, we record: your code and name, the date and time, your IP address, approximate location (city and country) and browser/device type. This is used only to run and protect the service, to see how the trial is used and to stop misuse. It is not sold, and is kept for no more than 12 months.

4. Your tournament data stays on your device

Entry sheets, competitor details and fixtures are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. Auto-save keeps a copy in this browser only. You are responsible for having permission to use competitors' details (for children, from a parent or guardian) and for keeping exported files safe.

5. You make the final decisions

The software suggests divisions and draws. The organiser must review and confirm every division and bout before use, and is responsible for the final fixture, competitor safety and the event's rules.

6. No copying

Do not copy, save, change, take apart, resell or share the software, or try to get around the access code or these controls.

7. No guarantee

During the trial the software is provided as it is, without any guarantee. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using it, from errors in it, or from it being unavailable. Keep your own backups (Export fixture JSON).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. You will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
